We are thrilled to announce that, after many months of planning, organising and recruitment, our new East Sussex services are now up and running!
Our Home Care, Reablement and Continuing Healthcare services provide support to adults living in the Hastings and Rother area, with a brand new staff team of operations managers, support staff and administrators. These services will enable our customers to remain as independent as possible in their own homes and live their lives as best as possible.
We’ve had a lot to arrange since we first heard that we had won the contract to provide these services in April 2014. We have recruited and trained over 300 staff, found and developed a new office space, planned how we are going to provide each of these services and set up all the referral and assessment processes for customers.
The new team join our current services in East Sussex in our new office in Ocean House, St Leonards.
