Brewster House is a sheltered housing scheme in Southwark, for people over the age of 65.
The scheme consists of 23 self-contained flats with a communal lounge, lift, laundry, guest facilities, communal garden and a residents’ car park.
Brewster House is located close to local bus routes, health centre, chemist and supermarkets.
We also offer a specialist social inclusion coordinator who regularly visits our London sheltered housing schemes to help arrange communal activities such as coffee morning and special events. This offers you the opportunity to keep active and socialise with other customers in the scheme.
Brewster House also has a warden on-site Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. Outside these hours there is an emergency pull cord system in each flat in case of an emergency.
Most referrals are received via Local Authority Choice Based Lettings.
