About the service

Elisnore House consists of 15 self-contained one bedroom flats while Hayward House has a mixture of 15 one-bedroom and studio flats. Both schemes have a communal lounge and garden for you to use.

Our support service offers you a housing related support service which can include:

  • maintaining your tenancy
  • advice on paying bills
  • setting up direct debits
  • applying for other benefits
  • linking in with healthcare and local community groups

We also provide information on social activities and organise group activities within the scheme, and can provide information and help to set up care packages, if required.

Every customer has a support plan that reflects their support needs and aspirations. Support workers regularly review your plan with you to make sure that it still reflects your needs.

Support staff are on site at the Elsinore House office, from 10.00am to 6.00pm every Tuesday and Thursday and from 1.00pm to 6.00pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Each flat has an emergency call system that enables you to access support in an emergency.
