Frobisher Court is a specialist supported housing scheme for people with mental health issues and learning disabilities.
The service offers housing, along with specialist support for people between the ages of 18 and 65, who have mental health issues or learning disabilities and are in need of help to develop skills to live independently. The service is in Dartford and consists of 9 purpose built flats.
You meet regularly with your support worker. The support provided is tailored to your individual needs and may include help with your finances, independent living skills, tenancy maintenance, health, training and work.
Staff are not on-site but provide a total of 35 hours of support weekly at the scheme which breaks down to two visits per week for each customer.
This is a long term service and customers’ needs and skills vary throughout the service to ensure that the support remains as relevant as possible.
