About the service

Our support aims to help you develop confidence and skills to live independently within your community, and includes support around things like emotional wellbeing, physical health, money and budgeting, social skills and links into work or training.

We work with tenants of housing associations and privately rented properties as well as owner occupiers.

Every customer has a support plan that reflects your support needs and aspirations. Support workers regularly review your plan with you to make sure that it still reflects your needs.

Our service operates Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. However, where appropriate, we can work flexibly outside these hours at times that best suit you.
