Lancaster Court is a sheltered housing scheme with support for people over the age of 65.
The scheme consists of 24 self-contained flats with a communal lounge and garden for you to use.
Our support service offers a housing related support service which can include: maintaining tenancies, advice on paying bills, setting up direct debits, apply for other benefits, linking in with healthcare and local community groups.
We also provide information on social activities, organise group activities within the scheme, and we can help to set up care packages, if required.
Every customer has a support plan that reflects your support needs and aspirations. Support workers regularly review your plan with you to ensure that it still reflect your needs.
Support staff are on site Monday – Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. Each flat has an emergency call system that enables you to access support in an emergency.
Most referrals are done via the local authority, the London Borough of Newham.
