Following conversations with customers and staff we decided look into re-branding these services to make them easier to understand and more accessible for new customers.
The services are now split into three different areas:
HomeSafe – covering all our adaptations and major works services
HomeFixed – covering our handyperson, decorating and smaller works services
HomeWell – covering our advice and Independent Living services
The new site is easy to navigate and gives first-hand experiences from customers who have benefited from our services. It includes a focus on individual services so that you can see exactly what we do and gives the option to contact us to find out more about what we can offer in the each area.
The services are currently available in the Hampshire, Sussex and Kent areas and the website will hopefully mean that we can reach more people who may need our services in the future.
