About the service

The scheme consist of 11 self-contained, one bedroom flats, with a communal lounge/diner and office.

The scheme is located in Folkestone with amenities, shops and local buses into the town centre.

Our support service offers customers a specialist housing related support service which can include: maintaining tenancies, advice on paying bills, setting up direct debits, apply for other benefits, linking in with healthcare and local community groups. We also provide information on social activities and organise group activities within the scheme.

We provide on-going support along with an on-site Community Psychiatric Nurse who can offer you specialist support around your mental health.

We aim to help you develop the skills to live as independently as possible, and to maintain and improve your mental health.

Every customer has a support plan that reflects their support needs and aspirations. Support workers regularly review these plans with customers to ensure that they still reflect the needs of the customer.

Support staff are on site Monday – Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm.

Referrals

In order to be referred to us, customers need to have a connection to Folkestone. Referrals are made by the Community Rehabilitation Service.
