Plowright House is a sheltered housing scheme in Southwark, for people over the age of 65.
The scheme consists of 18 self-contained flats with a communal lounge, lift, laundry and guest room.
Plowright House is close to local bus routes, GP surgery, chemist, supermarket, banks and post office.
We also offer a specialist social inclusion coordinator who regularly visits our London sheltered housing schemes to help arrange communal activities such as coffee morning and special events. This offers you the opportunity to keep active and socialise with other customers in the scheme.
Plowright House also has a warden on-site Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. Outside these hours there is an emergency pull cord system in each flat in case of an emergency.
Referrals are received via the Local Authority choice based lettings.
