Sunhill Court is a supported housing scheme for adults with learning disabilities and other support needs such as hearing issues, physical disabilities and other health needs.
The scheme is a purpose built block of retirement flats with ten of them for dedicated use by adults with learning disabilities for whom we provide the support.
The flats are self-contained, one bedroom properties, and the scheme also offers communal areas and an on-site office for the staff supporting our customers.
The scheme is located near Tunbridge Well with amenities, shops and local buses close by.
Our support service offers customers a specialist housing related support service which can include: maintaining tenancies, advice on paying bills, setting up direct debits, apply for other benefits, linking in with healthcare and local community groups. We also provide information on social activities and organise group activities within the scheme.
Every customer has a support plan that reflects their support needs and aspirations. Support workers regularly review these plans with customers to ensure that they still reflect the needs of the customer.
Support staff are on site Monday – Friday 8am-6pm and the service is a long term service, providing support for you for as long as you need it.
