About the service
The service is available to social landlord tenants, private rented tenants and owner occupied properties in the Thurrock area. It puts you in touch with a range of services aimed at improving your quality of life.
Our trained advisors can make an appointment when they are in your area and will help you complete a short survey about your health, home and wellbeing.
These surveys take around 20 minutes to complete and will help our advisors establish what other help and advice they can offer and whether they can also help improve your safety at home.
Our advisors can offer advice on things like:
- keeping your home warm, dry and well maintained
- fire safety
- home security
- accessing healthcare
- healthy eating
- exercise
- giving up smoking
- healthier drinking habits
- debt management
- benefits
- gardening and handy person services
Well Homes advisers always carry an identification badge so you will know who they are.
You don’t have to take part in this service but if you do, you can be entered in a free monthly prize draw for £50 towards your gas or electricity bill.
