Homecare is a service provided in your own home to help meet a range of different needs to enable you to continue to live independently.
We offer traditional homecare, provided in your home, as well as community-based care and support, for individuals who may wish to participate in activities outside of their home and require support to do so.
We have homecare services in Essex and the South East.
Generally, the services we offer are for people who are aged 18 and over, who live in the area that the service covers and may have one of the following needs:
- Are frail or have limited mobility
- Have a physical disability
- Have a sensory impairment
- Have a memory impairment
- Have dementia
- Have learning disabilities
- Have mental health needs
- Have had an acute medical illness or accident
What support do we offer?
These services provide a range of practical help including:
- Using the toilet
- Taking your medication
- Meal preparation
- Taking you out
The package of care that you receive is tailored to your own unique requirements and based on the needs identified by an Adult Social Care Assessment where appropriate. These kinds of services can visit you at the time you need it the most and are available 24 hours a day seven days a week, 365 days a year.
